The room installation exists of two transparent projection surfaces, hanging consecutively, getting in relation with each other. The main theme of the work is the play of a girl. Although she isn’t adult yet, she is. playing with female metaphors.
In the foreground of the projection we see the girl playing with her objects and repeating her actions. At the same time on the backside, these objects become as silhouettes alive and contribute with the actions of the girl.
The strange play of growing up, forms the surrealist atmosphere of the videos. The installation is supported by a transformed sound of a music box.
